The Valpolicella DOC Superiore of Il Monte Caro is our balanced wine obtained

only from slightly surmatured Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes hand picked

in plateaux, pressed and aged in steel. 

Its freshness is well balanced by a pleasant smoothness. These peculiarities, together

with the moderate alcohol, make this wine perfect for creative food matching.
