Just as in the vineyards, in the winery we work in utmost respect of what

nature gives us, all with the intention to create excellent natural wines.

The whole process is always done manually by us for making a great

quality wine without altering its natural structure.  The most interesting

part is the fermentation of our grapes. It is conducted by controlled

temperature after a perfect cold maceration, without any added yeasts.

We vinificate exclusively our grapes and by working naturally we make

unfiltered wines with low sulphites or none.
